Thank you for shopping at KORX Racing. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Drop shipping Disclosure
KORX LLC is a drop shipping retailer. Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Because of this, return processes and timelines may differ from traditional retail stores.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Item is in resalable condition

Item is not marked final sale or non-returnable

Return is approved before sending any product back
⚠️ Do NOT ship items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Process

Order number
-
Reason for return
-
Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Depending on the product and supplier:

Returns may be sent directly to the supplier, OR
-
Returned to KORX LLC, then forwarded to the supplier

This determination is made at our discretion.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping delays caused by carriers or suppliers are not refundable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process

Supplier restocking fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Special order or custom products

Electrical components once opened

Installed or modified parts
-
Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the damage and packaging

We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions or denial of future purchases. We are always happy to work with you to resolve issues.
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
